Adele’s makeup artist shows that some trick for flawless skin

Since Adele hit the big time, her go-to makeup artist has been Michael Ashton.Michael is the man behind the singer’s perfectly winged eyeliner and glowing skin.

Concealer can be a tricky beast,  it covers dark under eye circles but can also gather in our smile lines.yet, Michael has a very simple trick to solve this issue. The makeup artist revealed that both the lower and upper eyelids need priming before any make-up is applied.

He told The Cut: “Dusting powder on top of concealer can cause creasing. Prepping concealer with a primer first does not.”

Primer is the unsung hero of makeup. After your regular skincare routine in the morning, primer should be put on before anything else.
It acts as the base of makeup and foundation and allows it to go on smoother – filling in any creases – and will make your look last longer.
There are even primers available just for eyes to prevent creasing.Primers are generally used to prevent eyeshadow creasing – but they can do the same for concealer as well.

Michael revealed his favourite primer is Marc Jacobs Under(Cover) Perfecting Coconut Eye Primer which retails for £20.
